With over 15 years of experience in management and operations, Matt McFarland serves as the Chief Operations Officer. With a constant goal of increasing the bottom line of the company, Matt spends a great deal of time setting goals and developing laser-focused strategies for growth. He enjoys overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Matt obtained a Bachelor of Art from Bryan College, is an advocate for St. Judeā€™s Childrenā€™s Hospital, and enjoys being outdoors, specifically riding his dirt bike, as well as spending time with his wife and daughter.
