Michelle Gillen is an experienced environmental consultant currently serving as an Associate Partner and Consultant Director at ERM's Toronto office, where tenure began in March 2003. Michelle specializes in EHS compliance and management systems audits, safety culture transformation, coaching, and enhanced auditing, having also held roles as a Principal Consultant focusing on safety coaching and EHS management system development. Prior experience includes a position as a Project Scientist at Acres & Associated from September 2001 to May 2003, where responsibilities included environmental remediation and site investigations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Waterloo and a Certificate in Environmental Engineering Applications from Conestoga College.
