Alexine Biro, CHRL, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development since July 2015, following roles as Supervisor of Human Resources/Payroll and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Alexine worked at Tim Horton Children's Foundation from February 2010 to July 2015, providing HR Generalist support across various locations in Canada. Additional experience includes positions at Tim Hortons and ZSA Legal Recruitment. Alexine holds an Honours B.A. in Sociology from the University of Toronto - Victoria University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Areas of expertise include recruitment and selection, policy development, employee relations, health and safety, disability management, and special projects.
