Job van de Sande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Job worked at ERIKS as the Head of Engineering, responsible for strategy, operationalization, and scaling of engineering roadmap across countries and product groups. Job is currently a PhD candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), specializing in Strategy & Entrepreneurship, with an expected completion date of 2023. Job previously obtained their MSc in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology, graduating Cum Laude in 2009. In addition, they hold a Master Black Belt (MBB) in Lean Six Sigma / Design for Six Sigma from Holland Innovative Academy, earned between 2017 and 2019. Job also completed Micromaster courses in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from MITx Courses in 2017-2018. Job has further expertise in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt for Industry, acquired from the University of Amsterdam in 2015. Job has also expanded their knowledge through visiting research scholarship at the University of California, Berkeley in Sustainable Energy Technologies in 2007-2008. Job completed their undergraduate studies at Eindhoven University of Technology, receiving a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management Science in 2006. Job's education journey began at CSW, where they completed their Atheneum degree between 1994 and 2000.
