Thomas de Graaf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Thomas currently works at ERIKS Nederland as the Inside Sales Manager - Key Account Sales, where they manage a team of 15 employees and contributes to the general management of the Key Account Inside Sales department. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Boon Edam in various positions. Thomas served as the Manager Special Projects & Process Support and was a member of the management team. Thomas also worked as a Senior Account Manager, Teamlead Inside Sales Support a.i., International Coordinator for security barriers, and as an Account Manager. Thomas started their career at Boon Edam as a Technical Service Executive, where they were responsible for preparing after-sales orders and providing technical support globally. Before joining Boon Edam, they worked at Koninklijke Boon Edam Holding as an International Training Coordinator and Business development Assistant. Thomas also has experience working at Boon Edam Belgium as a Technical Operations Manager Assistant and at Boon Edam España as the Manager of the Project Department. In their early career, they worked at Boon Edam Nederland as a Customer Service Executive.
