Peggy Means is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, contract performance management, and quality systems within the transportation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Erie Insurance Group since July 2022, Peggy previously held the position of Director of Contract Performance Analytics at GE Transportation from 1984 to October 2020, where responsibilities included directing a global team and leading IT strategy projects for locomotive maintenance contracts. Peggy has demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, having served as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader, focusing on process improvements and cost reductions. In earlier roles, Peggy excelled in project management for supply chain efficiency, quality system implementation compliant with ISO 9001, and system analysis for manufacturing processes. Peggy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gannon University.
