Prabath Wela has a comprehensive background in supply chain management and sourcing, spanning over two decades with Ericsson from February 2003 to the present. Roles at Ericsson include Head of Networks & Managed Services Category Sourcing, multiple leadership positions in logistics and supply chain across Asia Pacific, North East Africa, and the Middle East, as well as accountability for strategic and tactical sourcing. Previous experience includes project management and engineering roles at Marconi Communications and IFR Ltd, with responsibilities ranging from quality assurance to cost analysis and new product introduction. Prabath Wela holds a BEng and MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Manufacturing Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
