Pavlo Smolovyk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Since April 2005, Pavlo has held multiple leadership roles at Ericsson, including Head of Talent Acquisition for various business areas such as Cloud Software and Services, Digital Services, IT & Cloud Products, and RECA, as well as serving as HR Business Partner and Head of HR for Eurasia. Prior to Ericsson, Pavlo worked at Consulting Group NAU from June 1998 to April 2005 as Head of Recruitment and Human Resources Consultant, where responsibilities included leading a recruitment and HR outsourcing team and managing projects from inception to evaluation. Pavlo holds a Master's degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed a managers' training program in the UK.
