Mark Waters possesses extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Ericsson Product Design Unit since January 2005, following a tenure as Services Project Manager and Training Course Development Project Manager at Ericsson Global Services. In those roles, Mark managed technical teams and developed training courses for the “Communications Manager” product, also delivering advanced technical instruction on AXE 10 subsystems. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Sustaining Technician at Intel Ireland, where responsibilities included advanced training, maintenance of instructional materials, and process support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Diploma in Science in Computing from IT Blanchardstown and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Technology from RTC Tallagh.
