Carlos Ferreira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and solution architecture, currently serving as a Product Owner and Senior Solution Architect at Ericsson since February 2005. Key contributions include leading the development and delivery of 5G global corporate networks and IoT solutions while conducting business analysis and proposing technical solutions to complex customer requirements. Previous roles at Ericsson involved technical sales support and development of service enablement and CDN solutions for Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to Ericsson, Carlos worked as a System Analyst at CPqD and as a Support Analyst at Honda Motors Brazil, emphasizing enterprise applications and technical support. Carlos holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FGV and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
