Ahsan Kamal Mir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and project management, currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations at Ericsson since January 2020. Ahsan has held various roles at Ericsson, including Sales Operations Manager and Change Lead, focusing on Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Ahsan worked as an IT Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders and as an ICT Strategic Product Manager at Ericsson, managing global test environment capabilities. Ahsan also participated in the Excellerate Global Leadership Program, where insights into commercial projects were gained. Earlier in the career, Ahsan served as an Account Manager at Packages Group and as a Maintenance Engineer, achieving significant improvements in maintenance efficiency. Ahsan holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
