Lenora Cessna, CCS, CCS-P has a wide range of experience in the medical coding, compliance, and billing field. Currently working as the Director of Medical Coding and Training at Erickson Living, Lenora directly reports to the Chief Medical Officer and VP of EHMG Operations. Lenora has also worked as a Medical Coding Specialist at University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, INC., and as a Faculty at Community College of Baltimore County. Additionally, Lenora has experience as an Assistant to the Medical Director at Mercy Medical Center. Lenora is also the Owner and Operator of Camp Bow Wow Woodlawn, providing doggy day care and boarding services. Lenora holds a Master of Arts in Management in Aging Services from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
