Rachael Gonzalez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at The Kuda Company until 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they transitioned to the role of Financial Services Specialist at Trilogy Financial Services. Moving on, from 1999 to 2014, Gonzalez worked as a Director of Business Development at Echo Pacific Construction, Inc. Rachael then took on a similar role at West Coast Air, Inc. from 2014 to 2022. Most recently, since 2022, they have been employed as the Marketing Director at Erickson-Hall Construction Co.

Rachael Gonzalez has a diverse education history. In 1994, they enrolled in Palomar College and pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Rachael completed their education in this discipline in 1996. Subsequently, in 1996, Rachael attended FIDM with a focus in Fashion Merchandising, but they did not complete a degree program at that time.

In 2006, Rachael returned to Palomar College to pursue a degree in Certified Project Management, which they obtained in 2007. In the same year, they also acquired a certification in Commercial Blueprint Reading from the Associated General Contractors.

Alongside their educational achievements, Rachael obtained their Notary Public certification from the State of California in May 2000.
