Lorie Gleason is an experienced structural designer currently working at Ericksen Roed & Associates since January 2011, focusing on designing and detailing precast erection layouts and individual production drawings. Prior to this role, Lorie served as a Lead Structural Designer/Modeler at Hanson Structural Precast from May 2002 to March 2010 and began the career as a Drafting Technician. Lorie holds an Associate's Bachelor's Degree in Structural/Architectural Drafting and Design from Herzing College, Minneapolis, completed between 2000 and 2002, and a diploma from Buffalo Senior High School, obtained in 2000.
