Currently an Executive Search & Leadership Advisory expert at Eric Salmon & Partners since July 2016, Carol specializes in board and executive assessments, executive search, and leadership advisory services. Previous roles include Partner/Director at Amrop, Search Director at IIC Partners, and Co-Founder of Platinum Search Consultants. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the National University of Singapore and an Executive Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York.
