Carolyn DeBellis has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Carolyn currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Valley Animal Center since May 2018 and holds the position of Sr. Vice President of HR at Electronic Recyclers since October 2011. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Electronic Recyclers, Chief Operating Officer at Trauma Intervention Program of Fresno County from 2000 to 2013, HR Director at Fresno Pacific University, HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric Buildings, and Manager of International HR & Administration at Pelco. Carolyn also served as the Executive Director of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce from 2006 to 2009. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2005.
