Michelle Tiba is a UX Software Engineer at Ergosign GmbH since August 2022, bringing a diverse background in education and technology. Previous roles include serving as a Pedagogical Assistant at Kinderwelt Hamburg and as a Manager and "guru" of a Maker's Space at Escola Alef Peretz, where Michelle facilitated hands-on learning with various tools and provided creative support to students. Additional teaching experience includes positions as a Physics teacher and auxiliary roles in Mathematics and Physics across multiple educational institutions. Michelle holds a degree in Physics from the Universidade de São Paulo and further education in Web Development from the DCI Digital Career Institute.
