Lorena Mayer is a User Experience Designer at Ergosign GmbH since May 2022, specializing in user-centered design processes for small and medium-sized enterprises (KMU). Prior to this, experience includes social media support at Alexander Bürkle GmbH & Co. KG and various roles at Hochschule Kaiserslautern, including lecturer and research project assistant focused on usability. Lorena completed a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Marketing at Hochschule Kaiserslautern and received training as a technical product designer at BBS 1 Technik Kaiserslautern. Notable academic work includes a thesis on UX prototyping in interactive inflight entertainment systems, achieving a top grade of 1.0.
