Scott Bathurst is a civil and structural substation design paraprofessional currently employed at Ergon Energy since January 2024. Prior to this role, Scott worked at SMEC from May 2021 to February 2024, holding various positions including team leader for design and drafting in roads and highways in Northern Queensland and the Northern Territory, as well as serving as a principal drafter for structures and water design. Scott also acted as a team leader for technical services and worked as a senior design drafter in structures and water during their tenure at SMEC. From February 2004 to May 2021, Scott was a senior technical officer at AECOM. Scott holds an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland and attended Ignatius Park College from 1998 to 2002.
