Roberto John Medina has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as the Logistics Lead for Domestic Accounts at ±ð°ù²µ´Ç³¾´Ç³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô® since December 2017. In this role, Roberto has been the primary contact for customers, creating orders and ensuring accurate loading maps. Previous positions at ±ð°ù²µ´Ç³¾´Ç³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô® include Domestic Logistics Administrator, Fulfillment Coordinator, and Customer Experience Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed processing orders, maintaining inventory, and enhancing customer support. Additional experience includes working as a Lot Closer for the City of Santa Barbara, a Sales Associate at Foot Locker, and a Student Athletic Trainer at Santa Barbara City College. Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University and an Associate of Science degree from Santa Barbara City College.
