Riccardo Buffi started their work experience in 2011 as a Stage at RINA. In 2012, they joined MIXURA as a Consultant and held this position until 2019. Currently, they are working as an Organizational Analyst at ERG SpA.

Riccardo Buffi obtained a Master Quality degree in Sistemi di Gestione Aziendale from the Uninform Group in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Laurea degree in Scienze Internazionali Diplomatiche at the Università degli Studi di Genova, which spanned from 2004 to 2009.
