Alberto Adornato started their work experience in 2007 as a financial consultant at ILM & Partners. Alberto then moved on to become a controller, budget & reporting at Erg Raffinerie Mediterranee from 2007 to 2010. After that, they worked as a refinery & corporate cost controller, budget & reporting at Erg Spa from 2010 to 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they were in the Planning & Control - Business Valuation & Modeling role at ERG Renew SpA. Currently, they are working as a Business Valuation & Modeling at ERG SpA since 2017.

Alberto Adornato attended the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Einaudi from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Ragioneria. Alberto then went on to pursue higher education at the Università degli Studi di Genova from 2001 to 2006, earning a Dottore in Economia e Commercio with a focus on Economia.
