Grant Hayward currently serves as a Partner at Erevena since September 2017. Previously, Grant held the position of Executive Leadership Recruiter EMEA at Oracle from June 2015 to May 2017. Prior roles include Associate Partner and Director at Renaissance Leadership from January 2010 to June 2015, and Director at both CTPartners and Christian & Timbers between 2006 and 2010. Grant began a professional career at Renoir Partners as an Associate from 2002 to 2004, later contributing to the merge with Christian & Timbers, resulting in the formation of CTPartners. Grant's early experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann from 1999 to March 2002. Grant earned a degree with 2:1 honors from Kingston University between 1994 and 1998 and attended Kings School Ely.
