Terry Elam, MBA, is a seasoned project manager and founder with extensive experience in high-visibility, client-facing roles across various sectors, primarily in energy and technology. Currently serving as Project Manager Lead at ERCOT since October 2021, Terry previously held senior positions at Equilibrium Energy Consulting, where a unique blend of business and technical acumen was applied to successful project implementations. Notable past engagements include leading a global digital commerce program at Waters Corporation, managing a financial IT portfolio at NV Energy, and directing complex cloud-based projects at Coda, alongside establishing consulting frameworks for M&A assessments and emergency management solutions. Terry holds an Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from McMaster University.
