Madhu Palackathadom has extensive experience in business intelligence and data engineering, currently serving as a BI Consultant in the Business Intelligence Development team at ERCOT since March 2016. Prior to this role, Madhu worked as a Senior BI/ETL Developer at Hitachi Consulting and as a Senior ETL Developer at Broadridge Financial Solutions. Madhu's career began at T-Mobile, where roles included Senior Data Engineer, Senior Data Analyst, Data Analyst, and Data Analyst Intern, spanning from June 2006 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
