Leon Ricaud has extensive experience in the manufacturing and energy sectors, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager for ERCOT since March 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing client services for Texas's electric grid operations. Prior to this role, Leon was the Principal at Smart Works LLC from November 1997 to December 2000, specializing in the design and manufacturing of automated equipment and consulting on quality and process improvements. Previously, Leon held the position of Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Arley Corp from January 1990 to September 1997, where oversight of multiple manufacturing facilities included implementing methodologies such as Just-In-Time and Statistical Process Controls. Additionally, Leon worked as General Manager at Arley Merchandise Corp from January 1980 to January 1990.
