Jay Roberts is an experienced IT professional with a background in various roles related to computer systems and virtualization. Currently serving as the Lead Citrix Administrator at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) since September 2019, Jay Roberts previously held the position from November 2014 to May 2019, focusing on evaluating and supporting the Citrix environment. Prior experience includes a role as a Desktop Engineer at Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corp, where responsibilities included automating PC deployments and application installations, and managing server environments. Additionally, Jay Roberts served as a High School Technology Manager at Leander ISD, where a Tech Rep program was created to enhance students' PC troubleshooting skills. Jay Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1988 and 1992.
