Dave Douglas is an experienced network engineer currently employed at ERCOT since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dave served as a Senior Network Engineer at Q² ebanking from 2005 to July 2019 and held the position of Director of Network Operations at Q2 Software, CBG Holdings, Inc. from 2004 to 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Director of IT at Cardinal Software from February 2005 to July 2010, and as a Network Engineer at S1 Corporation from 2000 to 2004. Dave's early career began as an Oil Well Treating Engineer at Petrolite-Treatolite/Baker Hughes-Petrolite from February 1993 to August 1998. Dave holds an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems from South Plains College, attained between 1998 and 2000, and has completed the CCNA Academy focusing on Networking.
