Andrew Gallo is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - Regulatory at ERCOT since June 2022, Andrew has also held various leadership roles, including Internal Controls Supervisor at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council and Director of Compliance Consulting at Proven Compliance Solutions Inc. Prior to these positions, Andrew spent over a decade at Austin Energy, where multiple directorial roles emphasized corporate compliance programs and district energy management. Andrew's earlier career includes significant roles at Seattle City Light as Chief Compliance Officer and at BP Amoco as Attorney. Andrew holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. in Social Science and Business from Hofstra University.
