Kim Cunningham has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as a JDE Application Support Analyst at ERCO Worldwide since March 2017. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of IT Implementation Coordinator at Cascades Recovery Inc., where responsibilities included testing new mobile applications in Ontario and British Columbia. Kim's career began as an Office Administrator at GATX Leasing Corporation and progressed to IT Manager at Irwin Industrial Agencies Limited, overseeing the IT department's operations and project planning for nearly three decades. Education includes a variety of certifications and training in IT service management and JD Edwards, among others, culminating in a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of IT.
