Additionally, Anna oversees timely communication responses, compiles client information for reporting, collaborates with marketing to enhance communication materials, and works with the legal department on agreements. Prior experience includes roles in client relations and customer services at various companies, alongside a background in organizing congresses for the Italian Tourist Office. Anna holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from Ateneo Impresa and a degree in Political Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma.
