Katie Erb is an accomplished Account Manager at The Erb Group of Companies since June 2015, responsible for managing customer sales and relationships in Northern and Southwest Ontario. With a strong focus on customer support, technical assistance, and relationship building, Katie has successfully forecasted and tracked key account metrics to identify growth opportunities. Previously, as an Inside Sales Representative, Katie was recognized in Today’s Trucking magazine as a prominent young leader in the trucking industry and actively participated in industry discussions as a panelist at the Women with Drive Leadership Summit. Additionally, Katie serves as a Brand Ambassador for Backwoods Promotions Inc. and holds various certifications, including M2 Motorcycle and Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C. Katie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Management from Conestoga College, further strengthening expertise in the field.
