Alyssa Couvillon serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at The Erb Group since August 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Manager of Market Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Walmart Canada from March 2014 to August 2020. Prior to that, Alyssa held senior roles in human resources and labor relations at Loblaw Companies Ltd. from June 2008 to March 2014, and managed recruitment and training at L.E. Walker Transport Ltd. from November 2006 to June 2008. Early in their career, Alyssa worked as a recruiter at Challenger Motor Freight and a driver recruiter at Kleysen Group LP, as well as a career counsellor at Veri Institute of Professional Truck Driving.
