Naroot C. has extensive experience in the Information Technology (IT) and Digital Transformation field. Naroot currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Digital Transformation at The Erawan Group PCL since June 2019. Before that, they worked as the Director of Application Management at Dusit International from April 2018 to June 2019. Additionally, Naroot worked as an IT Project Specialist for Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam in Starwood's Corporate IT division.

Naroot C. holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from DePaul University, which was earned from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, Naroot C. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from Mahidol University International College between 1997 and 2001. Naroot C. also received a High School degree in Science from the American School of Brasilia from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Naroot C. obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft in 2015. Additionally, they have a CCNA certification from Cisco and an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from EXIN, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
