Adwin Pratama Anas has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Adwin Pratama'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at Eratani, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they had a successful tenure at Gojek, starting in 2018. At Gojek, they held various roles including District Head for Sulawesi, Papua, & Maluku, where they implemented strategies to improve profitability and revamped the organization structure, resulting in a significant increase in market share. Adwin Pratama was also recognized as an "Outstanding Performer" and belonged to the top 3% of employees. Adwin Pratama also served as the Regional Marketing Head for East Indonesia and the District Operations Manager for Greater Makassar at Gojek.

Before joining Gojek, Adwin worked at Telkomsel as part of the Market & Customer Development team and the Broadband & Digital Sales team, focused on Papua & Maluku region. Adwin Pratama started their career at Kalla Group as a Marketing Communications professional, responsible for external communications. Adwin Pratama also gained experience in marketing events at Trans Studio.

Adwin Pratama Anas completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Leeds University Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Adwin Pratama Anas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Adwin Pratama Anas earned a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in June 2022.
