Zoe Ajayi is a dedicated People and Talent Associate currently employed at Eradigm Consulting since July 2023. Previously, Zoe served as a Human Resources Assistant at Artefact from April 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing the starter and leaver processes, conducting HR inductions and exit interviews, and overseeing various training and recruitment activities for a team of up to 100 employees. Zoe is pursuing an Associate CIPD - Level 5 in HR at MOL Learn from February 2024 to February 2025, building upon a strong educational foundation with a degree in Clinical Psychology from Coventry University, obtained in 2021.
