William Choppa

Chief Executive Officer at Eracent

William Choppa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. William is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Eracent, a position they have held since November 2020. As CEO, they are responsible for leading the organization, developing leaders, and communicating the company's vision to various stakeholders. Choppa began their career at XLConnect, Inc. as a Helpdesk/Network Systems Management Administrator, where they designed, implemented, and managed the complete help desk deployment for Continental Airlines.

William'sfirst job was at Rockwell International, where they served as a Mission Operations Flight Engineer during Space Shuttle missions. Choppa was responsible for providing support to the shuttle crew and managing mission control operations.

Choppa also gained experience at NASA Johnson Space Center as a Cooperative Education Student, where they worked in various engineering roles, including Computational Fluid Dynamicist.

William Choppa completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, in December 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM).
