Rachael Wiley-Steffen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and marketing. Since April 2015, Rachael has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Corporate Marketing and Vacation Rental Management at ERA Team VP Real Estate. Concurrently, Rachael has held the position of Brand Ambassador at Divas SnowGear since October 2014. Prior to these roles, Rachael worked at Zurn Industries, LLC from December 2004 to March 2015, contributing as a Commercialization Manager, Director of Brand Marketing, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and Inside Sales Representative. Rachael's career began at Valeo Engine Cooling as a Purchasing Agent in 2004. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Jamestown Community College.
