Bernadette Ruehr has a diverse and multi-faceted career, currently serving as Ms. Alaska 2013/2014, where representation and celebration of women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds are central themes. Since March 2013, Bernadette has also been a flight attendant for Era Aviation, promoting connection among Alaskans. As the owner-operator of Preferred Image, LLC, since January 2012, Bernadette runs a brow, makeup, and lash salon. Additionally, Bernadette has been associated with Laura Model & Talent Agency since January 1994 as a model, talent scout, and instructor, focusing on providing educational training in modeling and etiquette to a wide age range.
