Michal Mieczkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michal began their career in 2005 as a Technical Draftsman at Schuham Builders Supply Co., Inc. Michal then moved on to MGC Inwest, where they worked as a Technical Supervisor for the construction investment of Galeria Korona Kielce. In 2013, they joined ER2 Image Group as an Installation Manager and later transitioned to the role of Director of Planning and Field Operations for the Applied Surfaces division. Most recently, in 2021, they worked as an Architect at Architekci | Frame Architecture.

Michal Mieczkowski's education history includes a Master's degree in Architecture from The Silesian University of Technology, which they completed from 2000 to 2005. Michal also studied Architecture at Bialystok University of Technology from 1999 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained certifications in DI-NOC from 3M in 2015 and Project Management from The University of Chicago in 2018. Lastly, in 2020, Michal Mieczkowski completed the Citizen Police Academy in Bartlett, IL, USA.
