Andy Elson has extensive experience in international development and sales roles within the relocation and global mobility industry. Andy is currently serving as the Director of International Development at Global Expansion, where they support companies in simplifying international hiring and building the best teams globally. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales at Gerson Relocation, where they led sales for corporate global mobility engagements and provided relocation solutions for strategic group moves. Andy also worked as a Business Development Manager at Santa Fe Relocation Services and as a Sales Manager at Sterling Lexicon. Andy began their career as a Key Account Manager at Harrow Green.

Andy Elson has a Bachelor's degree in Primary School Teaching from the University of Greenwich, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. In addition, they completed a short course in International Human Resources Management (IHRMA) at King's College London in 2011.
