Madeleine B. has a diverse background in customer service and leadership across various organizations. As a Front Desk Administrator at a Boutique Dental Office from September 2020 to June 2023, Madeleine B. effectively managed a multi-line phone system, scheduled appointments, and ensured client confidentiality while liaising with insurance agencies. Previously, at The Paley Center for Media from February 2018 to January 2021, Madeleine B. excelled in Visitor Services, managing the switchboard and providing information to visitors. As Vice President of Phi Mu National Headquarters from December 2014 to January 2017, Madeleine B. directed chapter development programs for over 200 members.
