Meg Joas has extensive experience in benefit management, having held various roles at Equix since November 2015, including Benefits Manager, Benefits Supervisor, and Benefits Specialist. Prior to that, Meg served at Michels Corporation from July 2007 to November 2015 in roles such as Benefits Supervisor, Benefits Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, and Benefits Assistant. Initial experience includes a Human Resources Intern position with the City of Fond du Lac in 2005. Meg is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at UW Oshkosh from January 2023 to May 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac, completed in 2006. Additional education includes attendance at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 2002 to 2005.
