Danny Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Danny most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer at equiwatt since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Switch Automation as the Business Development lead for Western Europe, where they focused on reducing energy usage and carbon emissions in commercial buildings through the use of consultancy and software solutions.

From 2019 to 2022, Danny was with Arrow Electronics, overseeing their IOT Solutions Development business in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Eastern European territories. During their tenure, they successfully closed multi-million dollar engineering contracts and developed high-value project opportunities.

In their role as Head of IOT & Digital Solutions at Tech Data from 2015 to 2018, Danny was responsible for establishing and expanding the IOT business unit within Avnet Technology Solutions, prior to its acquisition by Tech Data. Danny played a crucial role in integrating the Avnet IOT division into Tech Data and enabling key strategic vendors to meet the changing demands for IOT solutions.

Before their time at Tech Data, Danny served as the Vice President of Business Development at Somo Global from 2014 to 2015, leading the global sales efforts for mobile solutions. Prior to that, they held the position of EMEA Sales Director at Symphony Teleca from 2013 to 2014, where their focus was on business development and solution sales across Europe.

Earlier in their career, Danny held various roles such as Global Sales and Marketing Director at accesso, Director/Founder at Strategic Mobile Solutions, and Head of Retail & Finance Sectors at 2ergo. Danny also founded and directed Creative Mobile Media.

Throughout their career, Danny has demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and strategic planning, particularly in the fields of IOT, mobile solutions, and technology.
