Beatriz Durant is an experienced professional in sustainable development and property management, currently serving as the Sustainable Development Manager at Equity Platforms since January 2021. In this role, Beatriz guides decisions on innovative technologies and strategies to help the company meet its climate and sustainability goals. Prior to this position, Beatriz held various roles, including Senior Community Manager at FirstService Residential, where management of multiple residential corporations was key. Previous experiences also include assisting in editorial operations at Condé Nast and contributing to couture production at Zac Posen House of Z LLC. Beatriz began a career in property management at Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp. and gained experience in retail management at Herve Leger. Beatriz holds an Associate's degree in Business and Social Skills from Borough of Manhattan Community College, complemented by education at Santa Monica College and Spackenkill High School.
