Mekhriban M. currently serves as Legal Counsel at TSX Trust and is a member of the Advisory Board at the Church of St Peter and St Simon. With extensive experience in corporate law and legal writing, Mekhriban has held senior legal positions at firms such as McCarthy Tétrault, BDO Law, and McCarter Grespan Beynon Weir PC, focusing on M&A, corporate finance, and intellectual property. In addition to legal expertise, Mekhriban is actively involved in the music community as a Director of The Edison Singers and has held various roles in choral music and performance. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management, a J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University, along with a Bachelor of Music degree from The Gnessins Music College.
