Lauren Obermueller Snapp is a seasoned professional in impact investments and social work, currently serving as the Director of Impact Investments at equity² since February 2021, after holding roles as Associate Director and Impact Investment Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice-President at Uncover KC, where oversight encompassed operations and program development, as well as roles in various organizations such as Village Cares Initiatives, Caritas Kigali, Habitat for Humanity International, and RefugeeOne, where Lauren focused on program creation, evaluation, and community support. Lauren holds an MBA from Rockhurst University, a Master's in Macro Social Work from Boston College, and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
