Zachary Fincham currently serves as the Vice President of Cloud Operations at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Zachary held multiple leadership roles at SHI International Corp., including Director of Engineering - MSP, where responsibilities included managing a diverse engineering team and overseeing cloud solutions for a varied customer base. Zachary also pioneered a managed service platform and developed configurations for an MSP model for SMBs. Prior experience includes serving as Information Technology Manager at TalentLaunch, System Administrator at CardinalCommerce, and Helpdesk Manager at Hiram College. Zachary earned a degree from Hiram College and has consistently demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure, team management, and strategic IT solutions throughout various positions.
