Roxann Bindas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Specialist at The Equity Engineering Group since September 2013, Roxann has led SOC 2 compliance efforts and provided level 2 technical SaaS support. Previously, Roxann held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at Rockwell Automation, where collaboration with customers on technical product issues and participation in design meetings were key responsibilities. Roxann began their career as a Project Consultant at John Carroll University, managing a team for the integration of Windows 7 across the organization. Roxann holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University, a Certificate in Computers from Ursuline College, and has completed coursework in Full Stack Web Development at Case Western Reserve University.
