Justin Beshirs currently serves as a Network Administrator I at Equity Bank, having progressed through the roles of Information Systems Support Analyst II and I since December 2021. Responsibilities include supporting the bank's technological needs through a helpdesk application and assisting with after-hours on-call duties. Justin has contributed to improving the on-boarding and off-boarding processes by implementing advanced technology and is involved in hardware deployment when needed. Prior experience includes an IT Support Specialist role, where management and troubleshooting of various hardware, software, and network technologies were primary duties. Justin also worked as a cashier at ALDI USA and as a presentation team member at Target. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Wichita Area Technical College, obtained between August 2021 and May 2023.
